About The King of Beasts
Out on the open savanna, the afternoon heat presses down like a heavy hand, and a pride of lions sprawls in the thin shadow of an acacia, tails flicking lazily at flies. Somewhere nearby a cheetah is already scanning the horizon, its spotted coat rippling in the shimmer, built for a burst of speed no other land animal can match. The leopard, solitary and secretive, is harder to spot, often draped like a shadow along a high branch, watching everything and giving nothing away.
