About Bears & Big Beasts

The heavyweight corner of any zoo commands a quiet kind of awe. A grizzly rolling in the shallows, a panda working through a stalk of bamboo with unhurried patience, a bison standing motionless in the morning mist, each one built on a scale that makes the world feel briefly larger. Keepers move carefully through these enclosures, reading each animal's mood the way a sailor reads the sky. There is something ancient and settling about watching a creature that large simply exist.

How to play

    Find a word.Tap its first letter, then tap along to its last. The trail fills in and finishes itself when it spells a word. Or press the first letter and drag.

    Words run in straight lines.Across and down, and on the harder difficulties diagonally and backwards.
