A few of the words

KIBBLE
Dry cat kibble is specially shaped and sized to encourage chewing — many cats have a strong preference for one texture over another and will snub a new brand without a slow introduction.Find this word in the grid to read its note.
SAUCER
The classic shallow saucer turns out to be genuinely practical: cats have sensitive whiskers that can brush the sides of a deep bowl, so a wide, flat dish is often the more comfortable choice.Find this word in the grid to read its note.
TUNA
Canned tuna made for people is a beloved cat treat, but it lacks the taurine balance of proper cat food — most vets suggest keeping it to an occasional indulgence rather than a daily staple.Find this word in the grid to read its note.
PURR
A cat's purr sits in the 25–150 Hz range, a frequency that researchers have linked to promoting bone density and healing — so that rumble on your lap may be doing both of you some good.Find this word in the grid to read its note.

About Feeding the Cat

There's a particular magic in the soft thud of a cat appearing from nowhere the moment a can is opened. Cats have shared our hearths and kitchens for thousands of years, and that expectant stare at the food bowl has changed very little. A contented PURR over a plate of TUNA or a dish of warm GRAVY is one of the small, genuine pleasures of a home with a cat in it.
