About Succulents
Succulents store water in their fleshy leaves and stems, letting them shrug off a missed watering with quiet grace. A pot of aloe on the kitchen counter, a jade plant fattening in a south-facing window, a cluster of echeveria fanning out in perfect rosettes — each one asks for very little and gives back a great deal of beauty. Their colors run from silver-blue to deep burgundy, and a single offset snipped from a mother plant can start a whole new generation on the windowsill.
