About Flags of the World

These banners carry centuries of history, battles won, alliances struck, ideals stitched into every stripe and canton. To look closely at a flag is to read a people's deepest convictions, rendered in the simplest visual language on earth.

How to play

    Find a word.Tap its first letter, then tap along to its last. The trail fills in and finishes itself when it spells a word. Or press the first letter and drag.

    Words run in straight lines.Across and down, and on the harder difficulties diagonally and backwards.
