About The Comedy Sketch

A great comedy sketch is a little world of its own, a costume thrown on in seconds, a prop wielded with total commitment, and a character so specific it becomes instantly recognizable. The best impressions catch a familiar voice and tilt it just enough to make a whole room laugh. From the quick blackout skit to the slow-burn parody that keeps topping itself, sketch comedy has always thrived on surprise, timing, and the beautiful chaos of a gag landing perfectly.
