Rockwell's Freedom from Want: a free online word search

Rockwell's Freedom from Want word search, free to print, set at a crowded 1943 Thanksgiving table in a small Vermont town.

About Rockwell's Freedom from Want

Norman Rockwell painted Freedom from Want in 1943, while living in Arlington, Vermont, and it ran in The Saturday Evening Post that March. A grandmother sets down an enormous turkey while the grandfather stands ready to carve, and nearly everyone at the table has their eyes on the bird. Only the man in the lower right corner looks straight out at you. Neighbors in town sat for the faces, which is part of why it feels like somebody's actual Thanksgiving.
