About Little Burrowers

Beneath a quiet lawn or a sun-warmed meadow, a whole other world is at work. Chipmunks and gophers carve long, winding tunnels through the soil, packing chambers with seeds and soft nesting material against the cold. The mole moves through the earth almost like a swimmer, its velvety fur lying flat in any direction so nothing slows it down, an engineering marvel hiding just an inch or two below the grass.

How to play
