About Sloths & Anteaters
A three-toed sloth can spend most of its life hanging upside down, moving so little that green algae grows in its fur. On the forest floor, a giant anteater ambles along with that long snout low to the ground, tearing into termite mounds with claws as long as a man's fingers. Central and South America is where both of them live, along with armadillos, and none of them are in any hurry.
