About Brownies & Bars

A pan of brownies cooling on the counter is one of baking's most comforting promises, that crackled top giving way to a dense, fudgy center. Lemon bars bring a bright tartness to the dessert tray, their powdered-sugar snow hiding a silky citrus curd on a buttery shortbread crust. Whether chewy or cakey, spiked with walnuts or drizzled in ganache, bars baked and cut into squares are the most generous thing a kitchen can offer.

How to play
