About A Cup of Espresso

An espresso is measured in ounces but felt in full, that first concentrated sip, dense and aromatic, with a thin layer of golden crema floating on top. The ritual matters as much as the drink: the grind dialed in just right, the tamp firm and level, the shot pulled in roughly 25 to 30 seconds. From the marble bars of Naples to a quiet kitchen counter on a slow morning, espresso has always been less about quantity and more about the moment it creates.
