About Patsy Cline
Patsy Cline grew up in Winchester, Virginia, singing in church and on local radio before Nashville came calling. She joined the Grand Ole Opry in 1960 and made a sound that crossed from country into pop without losing its ache. She died in a plane crash in March 1963 at thirty, and her records have never really left the jukebox.
