About The Lunch Pail

The metal lunch pail was a fixture of American school life for generations, dented, stickered, and smelling faintly of yesterday's soup. Come midday, the click of a clasp was the best sound in the building: wax-paper bundles, a cold thermos of milk or cocoa, and something sweet tucked in the corner. Whatever the meal, opening that box at the long cafeteria table felt like a small, private gift from home.

How to play
