About The British Invasion

It started with four young men from Liverpool and a sound that swept the world. Soon the Stones, the Kinks, the Animals and the Hollies followed across the Atlantic, and for one giddy stretch the charts spoke with a British accent. This puzzle gathers the groups of the British Invasion, the Merseybeat and the mop-tops that turned pop upside down.

How to play

    Find a word.Tap its first letter, then tap along to its last. The trail fills in and finishes itself when it spells a word. Or press the first letter and drag.

    Words run in straight lines.Across and down, and on the harder difficulties diagonally and backwards.
