About Borg and McEnroe
In July 1980 the Swede with the headband and the pulse of a monk met the kid from Queens who argued with every line judge in London. Borg was going for a fifth straight Wimbledon title, and McEnroe wasn't about to hand it over. What followed was a fourth-set tiebreak that people still describe in hushed voices, played with wooden rackets on grass that had gone a little brown by the second week.
