About The Marathon

Twenty-six miles and 385 yards: the marathon is one of the most storied events in all of sport, tracing its spirit back to the ancient roads of Greece. Runners train for months to master their pace, fuel their bodies, and push through the notorious "wall", that moment somewhere past mile twenty when the legs demand a conversation the mind must win. On race day, the roar of the crowd at the finish line turns the final stretch into something that feels less like sport and more like a human ceremony.
