Olympic rings word search, free and large-print. Five interlocked rings, five colors, one world: explore the symbols woven into the Games' most iconic emblem.
About The Rings
The five interlocked rings have stood as the emblem of the Olympic Games since Pierre de Coubertin designed the symbol, first publicly displayed on a flag at the 1920 Antwerp Games. Their five colors, blue, yellow, black, green, and red, appear against a white field, chosen because at least one of those colors appears on the flag of every nation that competed at the time. Three Latin words sum up the spirit: Citius, Altius, Fortius, faster, higher, stronger, a motto that has called athletes to their best since the modern Games began in Athens in 1896.
