Penguins word search set among ice floes, belly slides, and huddles where emperor chicks wait out the Antarctic winter.

About Penguins on the Ice

Penguins are birds built for the water rather than the sky, their wings evolved into powerful flippers that propel them through the ocean at surprising speed. On land they waddle upright across ice and rock, and when the slope is right they simply drop to their bellies and toboggan. Emperor penguins, the largest of all, brave the Antarctic winter in tight huddles, each bird taking a turn at the warm center of the group.
