About Caribou & Musk Oxen
Every spring, caribou leave their winter forests and head for the open tundra, some herds covering well over a thousand miles in a year. That's the longest land migration of any mammal. Muskoxen stay put by comparison, standing shoulder to shoulder in a ring with the calves tucked in the middle when wolves come around, wearing a coat so thick the wind barely finds them.
How to play
