About Healing the Blind
The Gospels tell of a blind man seated by the roadside who heard the crowd passing and cried out, "Son of David, have mercy on me!", until his voice could not be silenced. Jesus stopped, called him near, and asked what he wanted. At the word "Receive your sight," the darkness lifted and the man who had sat in blindness followed along the road, seeing everything.
