A library holds more than books, it holds the particular silence of people lost in thought. Tall stacks cast their own kind of shadow, card catalogs once rewarded patience with a perfectly typed entry, and every stamped due date was a small contract with curiosity. The reading room, with its long tables and low lamplight, has always been one of the most civilized places a person can sit.

How to play
