About Women of Science

Long before the world recognized them by name, women were charting stars, splitting atoms, and mapping the invisible architecture of living cells. Marie Curie won two Nobel Prizes, in Physics and in Chemistry, making her the first person to claim that double honor. Rosalind Franklin's precise X-ray crystallography revealed the helical structure of DNA, while Henrietta Leavitt's measurements of variable stars gave astronomers the first reliable ruler for measuring the universe.

How to play
