About Medieval Times
Life in the Middle Ages moved to the rhythm of seasons, bells, and the lord's command. A serf turned the same fields his grandfather had turned, while the blacksmith's forge glowed through the winter dark and the smell of woodsmoke hung over the village all day. Above it all, the manor crowned the hill — stone walls, a chapel within the bailey, and somewhere beneath it the deep quiet of the dungeon.
