About Lonesome Dove

Lonesome Dove aired in February 1989 and turned a four-night CBS miniseries into something people still talk about over supper. Robert Duvall and Tommy Lee Jones played two retired Texas Rangers who decide, on a whim and a restless itch, to drive a herd north to Montana. Larry McMurtry's novel won the Pulitzer Prize in 1986, and you can nearly taste the river grit in your coffee when Gus starts talking.

How to play
