About The Rifleman

The Rifleman ran on ABC from 1958 to 1963, and it was really a show about a father raising his son alone. Lucas McCain was a widower trying to make a ranch pay, and most weeks the gunplay mattered less than the talk on the porch afterward. Chuck Connors, a former ballplayer and a tall man, played him with a patience that made the sudden moments land harder.

How to play
