The Original Six: a free online word search

Original Six hockey word search, free to print or play on screen. Boston to Toronto, with a Saturday night game crackling on the radio.

About The Original Six

For twenty-five seasons, from 1942 to 1967, the National Hockey League was six teams and no more. Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Montreal, New York and Toronto traded the Stanley Cup back and forth, and a kid in any of those cities knew every player on the other five rosters. Think wool sweaters and organ music in old barns like the Boston Garden, with a Saturday night broadcast and the whole family around the set.
