About The Quarterback
The quarterback is the axis around which a football game turns, reading the defense at the line, barking the cadence, then dropping back into the pocket as eleven bodies collide a few feet away. One count can change everything: a blitz spotted late, an audible called at the last breath before the snap, a scramble that turns a broken play into a gain. The spiral that leaves a quarterback's fingertips carries decades of craft, footwork, timing, and the quiet geometry of knowing where a receiver will be before he gets there.
