About Sunday Gravy

In plenty of Italian-American homes, the sauce is called gravy, and nobody argues the point. It goes on the stove early Sunday, with browned meatballs, sausage and braciole tied up in string, and it fills the house until the whole family shows up. The pasta is almost an afterthought, and the bread is for the bottom of the bowl.

How to play
