About Classic Italian Food

Think of the red-sauce restaurant: candles stuck in wine bottles and a plate of baked ziti bigger than anyone planned for. The menu draws on the whole peninsula, from Sicilian pastries to northern risotto and polenta, and American kitchens made the portions a little more generous along the way. Every region of Italy would tell you its own version is the right one, and that's half the fun at the table.

How to play
