About Frank Sinatra
Francis Albert Sinatra was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, in 1915, and by the 1950s he was singing with Nelson Riddle's arrangements behind him at Capitol. He later started his own label, Reprise, and spent long nights in Las Vegas with friends who made up the Rat Pack. Picture a fedora tilted just so, and a voice that made a three-minute record sound like a private conversation.
