About Eighties Pop

The 1980s pop scene was a world of sequencers humming in the small hours, mascara in the morning, and a new single dropping every Friday that could rearrange your whole weekend. New Romantic bands dressed like pirates and princes, while synth-pop duos filled arenas with nothing but two keyboards and an attitude. The radio was a portal, tune in at the right moment and a song could fix itself to a memory forever.
