About Keep Fit

In the 1980s, the living room became a gymnasium. Cassette decks thumped out hi-energy beats while millions pulled on shiny leotards, tugged up leg warmers and tied headbands tight before pressing play on a workout video. The craze ran from school sports halls to television breakfast slots, and spandex, neon and the grapevine step became the shared language of a decade that took its fitness, and its fashion, very seriously indeed.

How to play
