About The Beautiful Game

Pelé once said that soccer is "the beautiful game," and the phrase stuck because it's true in a way that's hard to argue with. A rectangle of grass, two goals, one ball, and suddenly ninety minutes feels like it matters more than almost anything else. From a Sunday-morning park match to a packed stadium shaking with noise, the rules haven't changed much since the Football Association wrote them down in London in 1863.

How to play
