About The World Cup

The FIFA World Cup has been played every four years since 1930, when Uruguay hosted and won the first tournament in Montevideo. Thirty-two nations now fight through qualifying to reach the finals, and the group stage alone can produce upsets that get replayed for decades. The gold trophy held up at the final whistle weighs about 13 pounds and depicts two figures holding up the Earth, one of the most recognized objects in sport.

How to play
