About The Great Lakes

Together, the Great Lakes hold roughly one-fifth of the world's surface fresh water, stretching nearly 750 miles from Duluth's iron-ore docks on Lake Superior to the mist-veiled outlet of Lake Ontario. Steel freighters, some as long as a thousand feet, glide through the Soo Locks and the Straits of Mackinac, their low horns echoing off limestone bluffs and sand dunes that rise like small mountains along the eastern shore of Lake Michigan. Shore towns came alive around lighthouses, and many of those towers still blink their patient signals across water so vast that on a clear day the far shore simply disappears into the blue.

How to play
