About Passover

On that night in Egypt, every family was to take an unblemished lamb, roast it whole, and mark their doorposts with its blood, a sign that the destroyer would pass over their home. They ate in haste: sandals on, staff in hand, unleavened bread on the table because there was no time for the dough to rise. In the morning they were free, and generation after generation has kept the feast so the story would never be forgotten.
