About Diamonds & Fine Jewelry

A single carat weighs 200 milligrams, less than a raisin, and yet whole families remember who gave which stone to whom. The classic round brilliant cut has 57 or 58 facets, depending on whether the jeweler grinds a tiny flat point at the bottom, and every one of them is placed to throw light back up at the person wearing it.
How to play
